目的了解我国15省大学生首次性行为发生年龄及相关影响因素,为制定适宜的性教育政策提供建议和依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,在全国15个省、直辖市、自治区的60所普通高等学校中开展自填式问卷调查,调查对象的年龄范围为16~33岁,平均年龄为(20.9±1.7)岁。共计回收有效问卷7 851份。结果 1 258名(16.1%)大学生自我报告发生过性行为,14岁前发生的占5.5%;生源地为农村的女生14岁前发生首次性行为的比例最高(0.7%,χ2=10.966,P<0.05),男生18岁前发生首次性行为的比例最低(0.8%)(χ2=36.608,P<0.01)。大学生首次性行为发生年龄与其生源地类型、开始接受性教育学段以及年龄等因素相关。结论在青少年性健康促进策略制定中,应加强学生性态度、性观念和性责任教育,强化家长在青少年性健康教育中的作用,普及过早发生性行为的危害知识,重视安全性行为,提升自我保护意识。
Abstract：Objective To understand the status of the age at first intercourse and explore the associated factors among college students in 15 provinces of China,and to provide recommendations and basis for development of appropriate sex education policy. Methods Stratified cluster samplingmethod was used in the survey which was conducted in 60 colleges and universities in 15 provinces. The age range of the subjects was 16 to 33 years old and the average age was 20. 9 ± 1. 7 years old. A total of7851 valid questionnaires were collected. Results 1258 students( 16. 1%) had sexual behavior and 5. 5% of them reported their first sex happened less than 14 year-old. Rural girls with first intercourse under 14 years old accounted for the highest percentage( 0. 7%,χ2= 10. 966,P < 0. 05) and rural boys with first sex under 18 years old accounted for the lowest proportion( 0. 8%,χ2= 36. 608,P < 0. 01). The associated factors were the place of birth,the beginning period of sex education and age,etc. Conclusion The education of attitudes,perceptions and responsibilities towards sex should be strengthened during the development of sexual health promotion strategies for adolescents. Meanwhile,the role of parents in sexual health education,the popularization of risk knowledge of early sexual debut,the safety of behavior and the awareness of self-protection should also be enhanced.
